5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If an item is damaged in transit, the customer must contact Asgardian Prints within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof.

We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement for items damaged in transit.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once shipped.
6. International Shipping
