Asgardian Prints – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are custom-made to the customer’s specifications.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot be held liable for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect addresses.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.

  • Asgardian Prints is not responsible for damage, loss, or delay occurring during transit.

  • Customers should track packages using the carrier-provided tracking number.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If an item is damaged in transit, the customer must contact Asgardian Prints within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof.

  • We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement for items damaged in transit.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once shipped.

6. International Shipping

  • International delivery times vary and may take longer than domestic shipping.

  • Customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and import duties required by their country.

  • Asgardian Prints cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs.

7. Order Modifications

  • Changes to shipping addresses or delivery instructions cannot be made once production has started.

  • Expedited or rush shipping requests must be submitted before production begins.

8. Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • They accept risk of loss or damage once the package leaves our facility.

  • Any delays, lost packages, or additional charges caused by carriers or customs are not the responsibility of Asgardian Prints.
