Terms and Conditions – Asgardian Prints

1. Custom Orders & Customer Responsibility
All products sold by Asgardian Prints are custom-made according to the customer’s specifications. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for:

• Verifying all design, file, and specification details before submission.

• Determining the intended use of the product.

• Ensuring that the product is used safely, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Material & Safety Notice
Products may be made from a variety of materials, some of which are flammable, heat-sensitive, brittle, or otherwise hazardous. Customers must:

• Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.

• Avoid exposing products to extreme heat, open flames, or conditions not intended for the specific material.

• Exercise caution when handling or using the product for any purpose, including decorative, functional, or experimental applications.

3. Limitation of Liability
Asgardian Prints, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents are not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use, misuse, or failure of any product. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal injury, burns, or other harm.

• Property damage or loss.

• Loss of profits or revenue.

• Fire, chemical, or other hazards.

By purchasing a product, the customer assumes full liability for any and all outcomes resulting from the product, including any legal claims, damages, or expenses incurred.

4. No Warranty
All products are provided “as-is,” without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Compliance with safety standards
  Customers accept that the quality, durability, and suitability of the product are their responsibility to evaluate before use.

5. No Refunds / Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final.

• Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if a product arrives damaged or defective, and the issue is reported within seven (7) days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
  Customers are responsible for inspecting products immediately upon receipt.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, models, and intellectual property created by Asgardian Prints remain the property of the company unless a separate written agreement is made. Customers must ensure they have the legal right to submit any design files for production and agree not to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon shipment.

• Asgardian Prints is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit.

• Customers are responsible for verifying shipping addresses and ensuring receipt of all packages.

8. Compliance & Legal Use
Customers agree to use products only in ways that comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and safety regulations. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Fire safety

• Electrical safety (if applicable)

• Environmental regulations

• Local ordinances regarding hazardous materials

9. Indemnification
Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Asgardian Prints, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Product use or misuse

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions

• Violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue to be fully enforceable and binding.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States of America. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or products sold by Asgardian Prints shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Kentucky.

12. Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order with Asgardian Prints, the customer acknowledges that they:

• Have read, fully understand, and agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.

• Accept full responsibility and liability for all products purchased.

• Understand the risks associated with custom-made products and hazardous materials.

• Waive any claims against Asgardian Prints for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the products.

13. Updates to Terms
Asgardian Prints reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of our services or products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
