Asgardian Prints – No Returns / No Refunds Policy
1. Custom, Made-to-Order Nature of Products
All products produced and sold by Asgardian Prints LLC are custom-made to order based on the specifications, files, and instructions provided by the customer. Each order is individually manufactured using a print-on-demand process, and as such, all items are unique to the buyer’s request.
Because of this customized nature, Asgardian Prints does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Every print, model, and design service is created specifically for the customer’s project and cannot be restocked, resold, or repurposed.
2. Order Confirmation and Approval
Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all details of their order, including (but not limited to):

Design specifications, dimensions, and material selection

Print color, surface finish, and resolution

Shipping information and billing details
By placing an order and submitting payment, the customer acknowledges that all details have been reviewed and approved, and authorizes Asgardian Prints to begin production. Once production has started, no changes, modifications, or cancellations will be accepted.
3. Defects, Errors, or Damaged Goods
In the rare event that an order arrives damaged in transit or contains an obvious manufacturing defect caused by Asgardian Prints:

The customer must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Proof of damage (clear photos and order number) must be provided for review.

Asgardian Prints reserves the right to inspect, assess, and, if necessary, reprint or replace the defective item at our sole discretion.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for:

Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or modification by the customer.

Issues caused by customer-provided files, including inaccurate scaling, unsupported geometry, or design flaws inherent in the submitted model.

Slight variations in color, finish, or texture that occur naturally in the 3D printing process.
4. Digital Files and Design Work
All 3D design services, digital models, and custom renderings are non-refundable once work has begun.
The customer acknowledges that design time, modeling, and rendering are labor-intensive creative services. Once the design phase has started, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
If Asgardian Prints provides a design proof or digital preview, the customer’s approval constitutes final acceptance.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Asgardian Prints is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once an item has been transferred to the carrier. Any issues during transit must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
We take care to package every item securely, but Asgardian Prints cannot issue refunds for delays, weather damage, or mishandling by third parties.
6. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, the customer agrees that:

They have reviewed and approved all specifications prior to purchase.

They understand the materials used (including that some materials may be flammable or sensitive to heat) and accept responsibility for safe use and storage.

They assume full liability for how the printed items are used after delivery.
Asgardian Prints provides 3D prints and design services for decorative and creative use only.
We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations about suitability for structural, mechanical, or functional applications.
7. Legal Acknowledgment
This policy is binding upon placing an order.
By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms above and waives any right to chargebacks, returns, or disputes related to the customization, print quality, or subjective dissatisfaction.
Asgardian Prints reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our official website at the time of order shall be considered binding.
